CopyFleet is operated by Pandasoft & Development Co., Ltd. ("CopyFleet", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you create an account, use our website, or access our services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

When you create a CopyFleet account or contact us, we may collect:

• Email address — to create and secure your account, provide service communications, and respond to requests
• IP address and browser information — for security and analytics
• Referral source — to understand how you found us and improve our communications
• Workspace membership and role information — to provide the access you or a workspace Admin has selected

1.2 Trading Data

When you use the CopyFleet copier platform, we process:

• MT5 account credentials
• Trade execution logs (for copy replication auditing)
• Broker connection metadata (server addresses, symbol mappings)

1.3 Billing Data

When you subscribe through the CopyFleet application, Stripe processes your payment. We may receive subscription, invoice, payment-status, and Stripe customer identifier information needed to manage your subscription. CopyFleet does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the copy trading service (account connection, trade replication, symbol mapping)
• To send essential account, security, password-reset, billing, and service communications
• To improve our platform through usage analytics and error monitoring
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

We do not currently send marketing emails. If we begin sending them in the future, you will be able to choose whether to receive them and unsubscribe at any time.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that help us operate CopyFleet, including:

• Firebase — for account sign-in and CopyFleet application services
• Brevo — for account and service email templates
• Stripe — to process subscription payments and provide the Stripe customer portal
• Legal authorities — when required by law

4. Data Security

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. Access to the Stripe and Firebase administrative services used to operate CopyFleet requires multi-factor authentication. No security measure is perfect. 5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Request a portable copy of your personal data where applicable law requires it

To exercise these rights, email us at hello@copyfleet.com. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond to verified requests within 30 days. We do not provide trading credentials, security information, or data relating to other users.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep your account while it remains open and do not automatically delete inactive accounts. To request deletion, email us at hello@copyfleet.com from your account email address. A deletion request normally takes effect at the end of your current paid calendar month; you may ask for immediate deletion instead.

We delete or anonymize personal data we no longer need. We may keep trade-execution and copier logs for up to 90 days for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. We may retain limited billing, tax, security, and dispute records for longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. International Processing

CopyFleet serves customers in multiple countries. Our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country where you live. CopyFleet uses Firebase's US-central region for its application data and Firebase App Hosting in Singapore (asia-southeast1) to host this website. We may restrict or refuse access where required by law, payment-provider rules, broker availability, or operational limitations.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand use of our website and CopyFleet app. Analytics cookies and analytics scripts are only enabled after you accept them via the cookie consent banner; declining means analytics is disabled. Your choice is stored for one year in thecopyfleet-cookie-consent cookie and shared across CopyFleet subdomains, including www.copyfleet.com and app.copyfleet.com. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser's CopyFleet site data and reloading the page, which will show the banner again.

When analytics is enabled, registration CTA interactions may include the CTA location and campaign parameters present in the landing-page URL. The landing site does not create CopyFleet accounts or store registration attribution.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
