Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CopyFleet platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CopyFleet is a multi-account trade copying platform for MetaTrader 5. The Service allows users to connect multiple MT5 accounts and automatically replicate trades from a master account to follower accounts across different brokers according to settings chosen by the customer. CopyFleet does not provide investment advice, manage customer funds, act as a broker, or choose trades for customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using CopyFleet, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an account

You may create a CopyFleet account through the CopyFleet application at app.copyfleet.com. Registration may require a valid email address and email verification.

3.2 Platform access

To use the copier features, you may connect your MT5 trading accounts through the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.3 Workspace roles

A workspace may have multiple members. Admins can manage workspace members, accounts, symbol mapping, and copy relationships. Traders can view workspace data and execute account-level commands, but cannot change accounts, copy settings, or team membership. Viewers have read-only access. You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and the roles you assign them.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

4.1 Account quota and monthly billing

Copier access requires an active paid subscription. Your monthly fee is based on the account quota you select in the CopyFleet app, with a two-account minimum. Your quota is the maximum number of MT5 accounts you may use in CopyFleet; it may include Master and Follower accounts.

New subscriptions are billed for the remaining days of the current calendar month. Your subscription then renews automatically on the first day of each following calendar month unless you cancel it.

4.2 Changing your quota

You may manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal available in the CopyFleet app. A quota increase takes effect immediately and is charged only for the remaining days of the current calendar month. A quota reduction takes effect on the first day of the next calendar month.

4.3 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; you retain access through the end of the current paid calendar month. Subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused time after cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4.4 Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees and renewals. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current in the Stripe customer portal.

4.5 Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, CopyFleet stops copier activity immediately and reduces your available account quota. If payment is later successful, you must start copying again yourself in the CopyFleet app. Stripe may send billing communications according to its customer-portal and billing settings; CopyFleet does not promise a separate payment-failure email.

4.6 Price changes

If we change the monthly subscription price, we will notify you by email and in the CopyFleet app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. A new price applies from your next monthly renewal, not during a calendar month you have already paid for. You may cancel before that renewal through the Stripe customer portal.

5. Trading Risks

IMPORTANT: Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk. CopyFleet is a tool for trade replication — it does not guarantee profits or prevent losses.

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through your accounts
• Past performance of copied trades does not guarantee future results
• Copy trading can amplify both gains and losses across multiple accounts
• Technical failures (network issues, broker downtime) may prevent trade replication

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from the platform
• Use the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the CopyFleet platform are owned by CopyFleet or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CopyFleet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any trading losses incurred through use of the Service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal or payment-provider requirements, security needs, or material operational limitations. If we end paid access because CopyFleet cannot provide the Service, we will determine any refund required by applicable law and may provide a refund for unused prepaid time at our discretion.

Cancelling a subscription is different from deleting an account. To request account deletion, email us at hello@copyfleet.com. A verified request normally takes effect at the end of the current paid calendar month and cancels future renewals. If you request immediate deletion, we will stop the Service and cancel future renewals immediately. Payments already made for the current calendar month are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a team member requests deletion of their own CopyFleet login, we remove that person's access from workspaces without deleting the workspace, its accounts, or other members' data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
